Ductwork, ventilation & dehumidification
Properly designed ductwork is the foundation of a high-performance system. We fabricate sheet metal duct in-house and design it for the layout of your home.

Rhode Island Energy and the state's Clean Heat RI program offer rebates on qualifying cold-climate heat pumps. Amounts and rules change, so check the official pages. We'll help you choose equipment that qualifies and give you the paperwork you need to apply.
Common questions
Do heat pumps keep up with Rhode Island winters?
Cold-climate models do. We install Hyper-Heat and other cold-climate equipment from LG, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi and Daikin, and we size each system with a load calculation so it can carry the house on the coldest days.
Ducted or ductless?
It depends on the house. Homes with room for duct runs often get a ducted air handler per floor. Older homes, additions and finished top floors often get wall units or ceiling cassettes. Many homes end up with a mix of both.
Can you work with my existing ductwork?
Sometimes. We look at size, layout and condition first. When existing duct won't move enough air, we fabricate new sheet metal duct in-house.

Rhode Island Energy and Clean Heat RI offer rebates on qualifying cold-climate heat pumps. Amounts change, so check their official pages. We'll help you pick equipment that qualifies.
After the install, the Comfort Plan keeps the system serviced twice a year.
